CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE
Non-workshop changes or Cancellations up to 6 weeks prior to the commencment of your booked event incurs a $40 admin fee, with the balance received being refunded less any credit card/PayPal fees.
Non-workshop changes or Cancellations up to 4 weeks prior to the commencement of your booked event will be accepted at the discrection of the festival management, and where accepted 50% of the payment received will be refunded less any credit card/PayPal fees.
Any Cancellations within 4 weeks of the commencement of your booked event will not be refunded. Bookings are transferable to another person unless otherwise stated.
The Milongas are organised and managed by local organisers, any changes of venue and times are their responsibility, the Weekend Festival will notify through this website any changes that we receive. All Festival Pass holders are to respect the organisers of each Milonga and their conditions of entry.
VIDEO/FILMING/IMAGES AT STUDIOS/WORKSHOPS AND MILONGAS
The Tango Weekend Festival have the Exclusive Rights to all Video/Filming/Images of the International Tango Teachers at all events including the Performances at the Milongas.
The teachers will allow at their discretion some brief recording at the end of their workshops - but this is subject to their consent at the time.
All ticket prices are stated in New Zealand Dollars.
If you do not recieve a confirmation email after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting information, it is your responsiblity to confirm whether or not your order has been placed, you can do so by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
RESCHEDULE OR CHANGES TO LISTED VENUES
In the unlikey event that a time and/or venue change occurs, you will be notified provided you have subscribed to receive email notifications from Tango Weekend Festival. Any changes will also be updated on the Weekend Festival website.
Any information provided will only be used for the purposes of the Tango Weekend Festival and the individual's participation in that Festival. Your information will not be sold or distributed to other parties.
Payment options include bank transfer, and payment by Mastercard or Visa.
Credit Card payment transactions are handled by PayPal online card payment services,and any payment by credit card will be automatically redirected to Paypal. Please not the terms and conditions of use on the Paypal service. All transactions are billed in New Zealand dollars.
For a bank transfer/payment please send an email to email@example.com we will provide you with the Weekend Festival bank account details, your Purchase/Pass/Workshop selection will remain on RESERVED for 7 days, if funds are not paid/received the Reservation will be voided.
The Tango Festival Weekend is located and run in Wellington and Auckland, New Zealand.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
The Tango Festival Weekend takes no responsibility for any health and safety of the Festival Pass purchaser. Any medical conditions are the Purchasers responsibility and if in doubt please consult your medical professional.
CHANGES TO CONDITIONS
The Tango Weekend Festival reserves the right to revise or amend these terms and conditions of purchase without notice.
*You may request changes to the workshops you have booked for by emailing us. You can make changes to your workshops selections ONCE without an additional charge - up to 48 hrs PRIOR to the commencement of the FIRST Workshops on Sunday 27 October 2013. After this time there is a $20 administration charge per set of changes. If there has been a change in the workshop programme you will not be charged to adjust your replacement choice.
